BIKE WORKING

We all experience BIKE riding. We are enjoyed our teenage life wih this Bike riding. We kniw that bike has a engine, motor, two wheels, gears etc.....
Let us know how each part work....

Main Parts:-
1.Engine
2.Silencer
3.Gears
4.Accelerator
5.Wheels.

1.ENGINE : Engine is nothing but it meachine that works by taking Fuel as input and then combustion takes place and rotates clockwise direction then the bike moves foward.
Engines are so many types we learn about 4 STROKE ENGINE it is important and used in somany compared to others.
Four stroke engine has Fuel injector, sparkplug, vaults, pistion, crankshaft etc...
Firstly injector injects fuel to the chamber and spark plug gives a spark through it and vaults are two types ane for input and other for output.
Engine working:When we start he bike fuel(petrol or diesel) are entered to the fuel injector, the fuel injector compressed the petrol and releases due to high pressure input vaults opens and pressured fuel goes to chamber and by through other vault air comes through it ,then the piston forcely comes downwards this the first stroke we call as Intake stroke.Due to movement of inertia pistion comes upwards and compers the mixture of air and petrol with high pressure this is second stroke we call it as compression stroke. Then spark plug gives a spark to the compressed mixture of air and fuel the high combustion and  energy emitts with high pressure then it comes downwards with high pressure this is combustion stroke. Then because of movement of inertia it comes upwards with pressure of gases because of combustion the outtake vault open then the gases went out atmosphere through exhaust tank or silencer this is last stroke that is exhuast stroke.Due to this piston goes up and down and connecting rod rotates by it motion. It changes upand down motion to circular motion and connecting rod connect to motor.By this Strokes we can't control speed of bike to control speed we use gearbox transmition as speed controls.

2.GEAR BOX:
Gear box has small and big gears.gear box has two rods nothing but shafts, each shafts has different types of small and big gears.Firsr shaft or rod is connected to the crankshaft of engine and other shaft connect to the back wheel chain socket. We changing gears is nothing but we connecting first shaft gear to second shaft gear .By connecting size of gear speed of bike is dependent. For example if we connect small gear of first shaft is connected to big gear of second shaft it gives less speed beacause small gear rotates 10 times then big gear only take 1 rotation.if we connect big gear to small gear it takes more speed and torque because the big gear completes on rotation small gear rotates 10 rotations .Changing of gear from one shaft to another shaft is not simple. To easy this clutch is used, clutch works by taking first shaft to 60 degrees it helps to take simple gear transmission if there is no clutch we didn't change gears we take only one gear so clitch is necessaey for gear taking.

3.Acceleator:
Acceleator is used by controlling fuel&air injecting like if you give more acceleator the fuel&air also more injected to the engine chamber then more combustion takes place and more rotation takes place.

4.Silencer/Exhuast tank:
Silencer releases harmful gases co2,co,et... from engine output vault to outside environment.Silencer also make harmfulgases to mild harmful gases by air usimg airfilters and also Reduce sound 100 decibals to 30 decibals by the structure of silencer if there is no silencer we face ear issues by hearing morethan normal decibals sounds normal human hearing capacity 30-40 decibals sounds, more than that we cannot hear but ear damages and causes hearing problems.

These are working functions of bike parts....
Let us know a rough note overall bike working.

When we place key in bike, already two strokes are done and we kick then a spark generates and combustion then we take gear by pressing clutch for smooth gear transmission and then giving accelerator and gets moves forward.

Thank you....
